OnCue plans and credits
The OnCue desktop client is free to download and requires sign-in. Custom keys are free after sign-in. Preview hosted credit packs here, then sign in to confirm current prices, view your balance and purchase status, and buy credits.
Hosted credits
Choose hosted credits if you do not want to configure third-party API keys. Speech recognition and AI answer requests go through the OnCue gateway and use the credit balance on your account. Before buying, sign in to see the packs currently offered, their credit amounts, and their prices. Usage varies with audio duration and model requests.
Bring your own API keys
Free custom keys: sign in and configure a supported speech or AI provider key in the desktop app. OnCue does not charge for this. Your provider bills its usage directly, and that usage does not spend hosted credits.
What to check before buying
- Sign in and check the credit packs, current amounts and prices, and your credit balance. Custom keys are included and are not a separate purchase.
- Hosted requests spend credits. Custom keys are free from OnCue, and the provider bills that usage.
- After payment, return to this page to check the order status. If it is still pending, use the payment check button to refresh the result.
